Rate packages: Daily rental consists of 9 consecutive hours and 100 miles. We do not charge extra
for weekend rentals. Custom rate packages for multi-day or weekly rentals are also available.
Damage Deposit: A credit card authorization approval will be requested prior to rental, to be used as
a deposit. This is only an authorization, not a charge. The authorization ranges from $1500 to $2500
dollars depending on the value of the vehicle. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. In the
event that the vehicle is damaged during the rental period, a charge will be made against this
authorization in the amount necessary to cover repair costs.
Late Charges: Late charges are calculated at 1/5 the daily rental rate per hour. If you need
additional hours please call ahead and let us know so you can avoid the late charge.
Cancellation Policy: There is a $100.00 cancellation fee if the reservation is cancelled 7 or more
days in advance of the rental date. A one day rental charge will apply if the rental is cancelled less
than 7 days in advance of the rental date. If the reservation is rescheduled within 90 days a credit
equal to 50% of this fee can be applied toward the rental. Refunds will not be issued once the
vehicle has been rented.
